1. Pre CONSULTATION call with Toni
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange a quick pre-call.
- You’ll share details about your project — building plans, inspiration images, questions or challenges.
- Toni will ask the right questions to uncover what’s most important to you.
- This ensures your session time is spent on real advice and solutions, not admin.

This is where the ideas start flowing. Every consultation is information-packed and designed for your needs.

- If you wish to engage Toni and Co further – at this point, we can provide accurate costs to do as little or as much as you require – from one off mood boards to a full design proposal.

As much or as little as you like — this is discussed before your project begins.

What if after the consultation I don’t want full-service design?
That’s fine. You will have received clear, actionable ideas. You don’t need to engage Toni and Co at all, however if you’d like to, we’ll be in a position to be able to provide you costs for as little or as much as you need.
What if I’m not sure how much help I need?
That’s okay. Start with a consultation —We’ll clarify your goals and suggest the right level of support for your project.
Can you work with trades or suppliers I already have?
Yes. We’re happy to collaborate with your preferred architect, builder or trades, and can also recommend trusted suppliers if needed.
Do you help with sourcing bespoke or custom pieces?
Absolutely. We design and source custom joinery, furniture and made-to-order furnishings through our trusted network.
