Toni + Co have helped many businesses re-imagine, re-style and renovate their office and work spaces including setting up Home Offices. 

We also provide stand alone Workplace Consultations for Clients that just need advice and want to action the work themselves. 

We’ve helped all manner of businesses update and reimagine their premises including many departments within the luxurious L’Oreal Head Office in Melbourne, a French bakery and a modern pilates studio; all with very different spaces and requirements.

As with residential clients, Toni understands that no two projects or budgets are ever alike, and each Client has specific requirements for THEIR particular project. Often a Client may not even know where to begin.  Usually there are questions they have such as whether they need a ‘whole new style’, new furniture, fittings, floor coverings etc. What trades are required?  Should they knock down walls or maybe just re-think about the way they set their furniture and fittings up to make a space feel larger.   In some cases Clients think they need to do or invest MORE than is actually required and it becomes overwhelming so they don’t even start! 

Which is why, before taking on the full project to manage, Toni offers a 2 hour stand alone ‘Workplace Consultation’ to assist her Clients and clear up many of these questions. 

A Workplace Consultation allows Toni to gain an understanding of the project, assess the space/s, review plans, discuss ideas  – either on site in person or via a video link – and discuss with the Client things like:

1. Their requirements for the project:

– who / how many will use the space/s?

– what are the most important inclusions?

– are there OH&S considerations?

– do they have a style or look in mind or need suggestions?

– do they have an understanding of their budget?

– do they have their suppliers or need help with that?

– what pieces of furniture can be replaced or retained?

Toni can provide answers to any questions the Clients have AND provide LOTS of creative, practical and clear information so that they can begin the project themselves if they choose to. 

Alternatively, post a Consultation, Toni + Co can provide the following services:

– Interior Design (working with your Architect, Builder & Trades) including selection of:

– building materials 

– colour pallette

– fixtures & fittings

– window coverings

– lights

– tiles & grout

– hard flooring

– carpet

– On-call Creative advice & liaison with your Trades 

– Floor Plan reviews

– Decorating – selecting artwork, cushions, throws, greenery etc

– Colour palette selection

– Style creation

– Selection of decorating items such as art, rugs, cushions, lamps, throws and nik 

naks to finish off a space 

– Furniture Sourcing & Selection 

– Furniture re-configuration using Clients current furniture

– Assisting to create flow and or connection between indoor & outdoor areas or 

Between rooms  

– Trade & supplier sourcing
